Where do you ship from?

All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout:

· Economy Shipping: 5 to 8 business days (Free)
· Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days (£15.00 GBP)

Please remember that these are estimates. Delivery may take longer during busy periods or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, where tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all packaging and tags where possible.

How do I request a return?

Simply contact us with your order number and let us know which item you'd like to return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with instructions on how to send it back.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your returned item. Once approved, the refund will go back to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider, so please allow a few business days for the money to appear in your account.
